Privacy Policy

At TraQs Consulting (“TraQs”) we respect your right to control the use of your personal information. We only gather personal information with your consent, and only use it for the purpose you have specified.
This Privacy & Legal policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.


1. Applicability

This policy applies to all websites operated by the TraQs but does not extend to other websites with which the TraQs may be associated, or to any websites to which links are provided.
2. Personal information collected
Our website will only collect personal information when you are specifically asked to provide it. The reason for collecting that information will be made clear to you and, where appropriate, you will be given the opportunity to determine how your information is to be gathered, used and destroyed. Our website does not automatically capture or store personal information from visitors, other than an IP address and session information such as duration of visit and browser used. This information is used only for site administration and in order to measure use of the site. Where a log-in is required in order to access a hosted service, a “cookie”, a small data file, may be created in your browser or on your hard drive. It is used to identify you to our website only (e.g. to make sure that the answers you give in a survey completion session are saved correctly). It contains no personal information.
3. Use of personal information
Where you provide personal information to TraQs, such information will be used only for the service you have requested. We will not share your personal information with any other organisation without your permission, nor will we sell, rent or lease your personal data.
4. Protecting your information
TraQs is committed to protecting the information you provide. We will ensure that appropriate steps are taken to ensure that your information is not lost, stolen or modified without your permission. We will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate. If you wish to amend an inaccuracy in your personal information, have your information deleted, or have any questions or comments about our Privacy & Legal policy, please email info@traqs.com.
5. About TraQs
The Expatriation & Talent Forum (‘ETF’) and our suite of hosted solutions for analysing and benchmarking policies, practices and stakeholder outcomes (‘ImpaQt’) are solutions provided by TraQs Consulting Limited, a UK company registered in England (no. 03488489).

6. Revisions to this policy
Should we make any changes to this policy, we will indicate the date and nature of the change here. Policy revised on 1 May 2008 to accommodate modifications to the expression used to refer to the ‘ETF’. Revised again on 6 July 2012 to clarify our use of cookies and to correct a typographical error.
