By capturing the views of the business units with experience of employee mobility, this tool provides an assessment of the effectiveness of key aspects of your mobility program – e.g. your policy options and the support provided in getting an assignment underway – from the perspective of the global mobility function’s primary customer, the host business.

The HR Business Partners Survey is usually issued once a year to those host businesses with newly relocated or active assignees. As with all EPM modules, the results are benchmarked against those of other leading companies, thereby transforming the results into actionable metrics.
