Al Richardson

Al holds the Chair of “Science in Enterprise” at the Royal Institution of Great Britain and is a Visiting Fellow (Enterprise) at Cranfield University School of Management. He has over 30 years of professional and client-side experience in financial services, natural resources, publishing and the technology /media /telephony sectors.

Cees de Soet

Cees worked with Heineken from 1978, at the start of its international expansion, helping to grow its activities in Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Later, he took responsibility for Global HR policies, Senior Executive Pay and global mobility. Cees has been a trusted advisor to a number of NGOs including Amnesty International.

Alan Stanley

Twice an invited speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Alan has worked in both Europe and North America. At PwC he was instrumental in founding the Information Security Forum, an organisation he grew to embrace over 270 major organisations in 22 countries. Alan gained an MBA at York University in Canada.

Alan Chesters

A graduate of Oxford University and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alan worked for BP until 1992. He was head of International Human Resources, responsible for policy and administration of BP’s expatriate workforce. Alan had a leading role in the HR Strategy Team before joining ECA as Operations Director.
