Among the solutions provided by TraQs are a number of hosted solutions which gather and analyse stakeholder feedback, benchmark policies, practices or delivery platforms or facilitate the sharing of information between users. Each of these solutions will typically be hosted as a sub-domain of traqs.com – eg talentmobilitytaskforce.traqs.com.
This policy applies to all websites operated by the TraQs. It does not extend to any other independent websites to which links are provided.
2. Personal information collected and how we use it
Our websites will only collect personal information from you when you are specifically asked to provide it. The reason for collecting that information will be made clear to you and, where appropriate, you will be given the opportunity to determine how your information is to be gathered, used and destroyed.
Our websites do not automatically capture or store personal information from visitors. We may capture an IP address and session information such as duration of visit and browser used. This information is used only for site administration and in order to measure use of the site.
Where a log-in is required in order to access a hosted service, a “cookie”, a small data file, may be created in your browser or on your hard drive. It is used to identify you to our website only (e.g. to make sure that the answers you give in a survey completion session are saved correctly). It contains no personal information.
Where you explicitly provide personal information to TraQs, such information will be used only for the service you have requested. We will not share your personal information with any other organisation without your permission, nor will we sell, rent or lease your personal data.

TraQs is committed to protecting the information you provide. We will ensure that appropriate steps are taken to ensure that your information is not lost, stolen or modified without your permission and we will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate.
