This policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all websites operated by the TraQs but does not extend to other websites with which the TraQs may be associated, or to any websites to which links are provided.

2. Personal information collected
Our website will only collect personal information from you when you are specifically asked to provide it. 3. Use of personal information
Where you explicitly provide personal information to TraQs, such information will be used only for the service you have requested. We will not share your personal information with any other organisation without your permission, nor will we sell, rent or lease your personal data.

4. Protecting your information
TraQs is committed to protecting the information you provide. We will ensure that appropriate steps are taken to ensure that your information is not lost, stolen or modified without your permission. We will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate. If you wish to amend an inaccuracy in your personal information, have your information deleted, or have any questions or comments about our Privacy policy, please email
