The mX Benchmark Council is made up of Circles of peers, chaired and driven by corporate professionals who share, discuss, share and compare information about their program and its effectiveness.

The Global Talent Mobility Circle is a new enduring Circle that brings together global talent and global mobility leads in a collaborative environment to identify effective strategies for leveraging the different types of international experiences available.

mX Huddle of the Week

Implementing a core/flex approach

The Huddle of the Week initiative allows any company within a Circle of the mX Benchmark Council to request a virtual meeting to discuss a topic of particular interest. Where there is sufficient interest among other companies in their Circle, a Huddle is scheduled at short notice.

During this 45 minute Huddle of the Complex Programs Circle, companies discuss their experience of implementing a core/flex approach to global mobility policy – in particular providing additional choice to employees in relation to their benefits.

Our transformative vision is for global mobility programs to be guided by the need to deliver successful outcomes.

What constitutes success will differ according to the perspective of each assignment stakeholder. Often there will be conflicting aspirations and these will need to be resolved in a way that enhances global mobility return on investment.

Developing a clear understanding of the relationship between the global talent pipeline and the global mobility value proposition is vital. This will enable the building of meaningful connections between global mobility and talent management that will make mobility work.
