Talent Organisation Design
This 40 minute Huddle of the Week was arranged to allow the Group Head of Talent at one mX member company to connect with other Global Talent heads to discuss how they have approached the design of their talent organisation and other high-level strategic questions including:.
● Context and organisation design: the extent to which talent operates at a global rather than regional/country/business level, who the key stakeholders are and how the function interfaces with other HR functions and the business
● Talent philosophy, priorities and approach: how companies approach talent identification and the choices to be made around transparency, visibility, and assessments of performance and potential
