The latest annual survey report exploring the digital ecosystem used by companies to support global talent mobility was released today. This year’s report reveals how companies are making use of AI and how this is impacting the stakeholder experience of the program.

The Digital Mobility Solutions ecosystem now comprises some 42 solutions from about 30 providers. The report examines the choices companies are making in terms of their mobility management and other specialist digital solutions that support the program – as well as their underlying HRIS platforms – and reveals the effectiveness of each of those systems.

Finally, it looks to the aspirations of talent mobility leaders in relation to future digital solutions that leaders believe might make a difference.

This is the third annual survey released by the Digital Mobility Solutions Circle of the mX Benchmark Council exploring the digital ecosystem used by companies to support global talent mobility – an ecosystem that comprises 40+ solutions from dozens of providers.

This year, the survey starts with a look at how companies are making use of AI and the difference this is making to stakeholder perceptions of the program.

Having identified the solutions currently in use, the survey examines the effectiveness of each of those systems and invites thoughts on future solutions that might make a difference.

Our transformative vision is for global mobility programs to be guided by the need to deliver successful outcomes.
