Service Delivery Audit
The Huddle of the Week initiative allows any company within a Circle of the mX Benchmark Council to request a virtual meeting to discuss a topic of particular interest. Where there is sufficient interest among other companies in their Circle, a Huddle is scheduled at short notice.
The focus of this 45 minute Huddle of the Complex Programs Circle is on aspects of the service delivery model used by companies to support their global mobility programs, and how this relates to the scope and depth of agreed service commitments.
