Outcome metrics – Employee and Business Experience

The roundtable group convened to consider progress on three initiatives:

1. A ‘light’ solution for benchmarking the mobility experience

2. Introducing Success / ROI metrics

3. Agreement on other ROI indicators to gather and compare

The new light benchmarking solution was introduced in the form of the mX Benchmark Council with discussion about the concept and the benefits to existing users of the Assignment Stakeholder Experience platorm.

A road map for introducing Success and RoI metrics was presented setting out the information required from various stakeholders to drive the process. The next step agreed by the group is the submission of sample data. This will be used to generate various Success and RoI reports for consideration at the next roundtable session in May.
