Implementing a core/flex approach
The Huddle of the Week initiative allows any company within a Circle of the mX Benchmark Council to request a virtual meeting to discuss a topic of particular interest. Where there is sufficient interest among other companies in their Circle, a Huddle is scheduled at short notice.
During this 45 minute Huddle of the Complex Programs Circle, companies discuss their experience of implementing a core/flex approach to global mobility policy – in particular providing additional choice to employees in relation to their benefits.
