Global Mobility: current state, future strategy and ROI
The roundtable comprises three sessions:
1. The opening session is a sharing session where participating companies share and discuss: the impact of COVID-19 on their business and their program, and other challenges, issues and priorities
2. The second, forward-looking, session provides an opportunity to consider possible strategies for future global work deployment. The group will reflect on the purpose of employee mobility, and the pros/cons/obstacles to any alternative means of achieving those objectives, and the likely implications for the mobility function.
3. The final session picks up the earlier work of the group on measuring ROI. The focus is on why the current context makes the introduction of ROI metrics of even greater relevance, and how to get needed traction for change.
