With the ongoing pressure to improve both the mobility experience for employees and business value outcomes, how do we manage expectations when it comes to the fairness, transparency and cost of the program? What role might AI play in this?
For example, since differentiation and choice inevitably result in different approaches, and costs, for individuals or groups, how do we ensure that all stakeholders are clear about the available options and their consequences? What steps can we take to achieve better mobility ROI at the same time as enhancing the employee’s mobility experience?
OUTLINE AGENDA
Day 1 – from 16.00 onwards: Wednesday June 26, Purchase, NY
We get underway with a welcome reception, an opening session and dinner. This goal is to allow everyone to get to know the others in attendance, find out about their challenges and be ready to participate fully in the sessions to come.
Day 2 – from 09.00 to 16:00: Thursday June 27, PepsiCo, Purchase, NY
We will work together, in a mix of case-studies, interactive workshops and presentations, to explore options, reveal challenges and develop ideas on how to articulate and clarify the mobility value proposition, and improve the ROI from talent mobility, addressing topics such as:
1. Refinements to the move initiation process
2. Adjustments to the policy framework or delivery model
3. Enhancements in stakeholder communication and engagement
. . . and the role of AI in all of that
Cost: The $850 delegate fee covers everything except accommodation and travel costs.
