Our leadership team:
Michael Elia
CEO
Michael is an expert in global mobility and its role in securing the global talent pipeline. He ensures that TraQs provides solutions that help companies make mobility work. Two of his key priorities: ensuring closer alignment between those responsible for mobility and talent; and using metrics to drive continuous improvement in programs that support the mobility and growth of talent.
Michael graduated from the London School of Economics. During ten years with PWC, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, introduced some of the firm’s first IT systems, and designed and deployed employee mobility solutions across the globe.
Richard Cox
CTO
Richard oversees the design and development of TraQs’s digital solutions. An expert in the analysis and visualisation of complex data, his rich experience in the talent mobility domain helps him understand client challenges, and guide his team to engineer solutions that meet their needs.
His expertise and advice has been sought by many leading global companies including Arup, BP, Citroen, PMI, P&G, and Standard Chartered.
Zuzana Bittnerova
COO
Zuzana directs operations at TraQs, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients. She also leads the management team of the mX Benchmark Council, working closely with the Circle Chairs that represent others on the mX Steering Group.
Zuzana previously worked in investment banking with UniCredit where she supported a range of equity-linked financial products. She received a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, having previously completed her BSc in Vienna and London City University. Zuzana is fluent in English, Czech, Slovak and German.
Paul Robinson
Senior Consultant
Since retiring as Group HR Director of Arup in 2018 following five years in the role, Paul helps TraQs’ clients introduce metrics of Success and Return on Investment that make mobility work.
Paul’s distinguished career provided him with rich experience of international HR: as an expatriate himself in Norway; as a consultant with KPMG; and as one responsible for supporting global mobility at BP, BOC, Oracle and, of course, Arup.
